Kunnskap om fødselen gir deg og din partner mer forutsigbarhet og økt trygghet i møte med fødekreftene.  Dere får praktiske og nyttige verktøy dere kan bruke underveis i fødselen for å øke mestringsfølelsen og få en god fødselsopplevelse.

Målet med dette fødselsforberedende kurset er at du og din partner skal få en god og trygg fødselsopplevelse og en positiv start på foreldrerollen.

Kurset holdes av Akupunktør/Fysioterapeut Eilen Lien med lang erfaring i behandling av gravide, og Jordmor Maria Bendheim som jobber ved Sykehuset Østfold Kalnes.

Kurset passer både for de som venter sitt første barn og for de som har født før.
